By submitting your content to Ibiza Viral (powered by The Ibiza Times), you agree to the following:

1. Ownership

You will always retain full ownership of your content.

Submitting content does not transfer any rights of ownership to Ibiza Viral or The Ibiza Times.

2. Permission to Use

By submitting, you grant Ibiza Viral and The Ibiza Times a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and share your content across their websites and social media channels.

Your content may also be featured in partnership with selected associated brands.

3. Platforms

Content may appear on:

Ibiza Viral’s social channels

The Ibiza Times’ websites and social channels

Associated partner brand platforms, where applicable

4. Attribution

Whenever possible, we will credit you as the creator of the content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions (including from anyone appearing in the content) to share it.

5. Content Guidelines

Submissions must not contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing material.

Ibiza Viral and The Ibiza Times reserve the right to decline or remove any content at their discretion.

6. Duration of Use

Permission granted is ongoing but can be withdrawn by you in writing. If withdrawn, we will not post your content in future campaigns, but existing posts already published may remain online.

7. Liability

By submitting content, you confirm it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Ibiza Viral and The Ibiza Times accept no liability for claims arising from your submission.
